run run run on treadmill...rauf say 45 min..i run 15 cannot le... i actually jumped off n bang on e flr..leg cannot tahan.. c lah...45 min...pui----> IM CRIPPLED ='( den limp arnd wif zl..she sprained ankle..dumb gal..
limp out to rauf's car..gave us MUSCLE RUB..miracle man tt stuff..but has a totally sickening smell..he slapped a FISTFUL of tt stuff on our legs.. hothothothothot..but shiok... aft tt can walk properly =D....he say 4-5 mths den can heal.. wah.. 5 mths cannot run..wth!
sindhu din come trg today... haha no diff aniway.. i was stuck in e gym..went home.. stare at ceiling..until slp.... de wake up... go arnd e hse 1ce...den sian....slp........ today damn gd at sleeping sia
